As
you may have read in the local newspaper, Sunny Corner
has been successful in securing a grant from Auburn
Council to provide pre-literacy toys and resources for
its members.
Learning laptops, flash cards, games and educational
software (CD Roms) have been purchased to assist our
members’ children
with their pre-literacy and numeracy skills, a great
way for kids to gain confidence and the right attitude
to face school.
Learning
can be fun!
The
new laptops are classified as “blue dot” toys
and therefore attract a fee of 5.50 for two weeks
hire. Please supervise your child when being used and
keep in a safe place when not.
